The story

As Todd’s role continues to expand at KitchenAid, he’s now driving the implementation of capabilities for an enhanced direct to consumer brand eCommerce experience. As KitchenAid is a global brand it’s important to drive alignment and synergy across our regions, and data is a critical enabler. He relies on technologies - including Qlik – to proactively drive informed business decisions. Systems like this allow the team to answer the big questions, aggregating real data, on the spot. In a highly competitive online retail environment, Todd knows that quick response times are the only way to stay ahead. “In this business, we have to move fast and Qlik helps us move really fast.”
